After working in the office supply and furniture business for over a decade, Melissa Ball decided that if she wanted something done right, she would have to do it herself. Ball Office Products was formed in 2000 with a focus on outrageous customer service and great prices along with an unparalleled personal touch.

Affectionately known as the cookie people, Ball Office Products is the friendliest, woman-owned office products retailer in Richmond, Virginia. We’ve completed the important and rigorous process of certification
through the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise in order to acquire SWaM (Small Women and Minority Owned Business) and WBENC (Women’s. Business Enterprise National Council), a more stringent national certification.  Ball carries furniture and business equipment as well as everything from office supplies to specialty items at your request. By keeping our service representatives right here in town, our clients can always depend on courteous and personal assistance as well as speedy service. Our focus is on the customer and our goal is to be a local one stop shop for all of your business needs.

In 2018, we welcomed the team from Smarter Interiors to the Ball Office family. For almost two decades, Smarter Interiors has represented over 100 manufacturers, offering design, specification, and installation services. They bring to Ball an experienced team who have transformed a wide variety of business environments, and add much to what we can provide for you.
